Conceived & Directed by Tim Fried-Fiori
Music, dance and poetry present Black History from ancient Africa to today. Featuring original poetry by Two Houston Poet Laureates! From Queen Nefertiti to George Washington Carver, Duke Ellington, Ketanji Brown Jackson and Kamala Harris, this show presents the vital role African Americans play in American history.

SPOOKY STORIES: Hansel and Gretel
TOURING OCTOBER 2026
Express kicks off this year's Halloween Celebration at Children's Museum Houston with our one-person adapatation of the classic story about a brother and sister who trust an old woman in the woods only to discover she's a witch in disguise! It's just the right amount of spooky for the little ones, with some great life lessons about Stranger Danger.
Regular admission to the musuem gets you this show and all the wonderful exhibits that the BOO!SEUM has to offer! A great way to start the Spooky season for the whole family!​​
AN ART CLASS FOR KIDS

Internationally renowned artist Frida Kahlo is magically transported from Mexico in the 1940s to the present day to lead an art class for Houston families. Everyone will learn about Frida and get a chance to make self-portraits. We supply all the materials including crayons and colored pencils. No mess! Great for kids of all ages and fun for the whole family. Take home you work and display it proudly for all to see!​

I'M GLAD TO BE ME!
TOURING THROUGH NOVEMBER 2026
This 45-minute, one-person, interactive show uses inspiring songs, kid-friendly poetry and simple games to help children identify and manage their emotions and build confidence and self-esteem. Designed for ages PreK-5th, the show is fast, fun and teaches kids musical songs and phrases they can repeat for themselves when they’re feeling challenged by life.

The Peaceful Adventures of
Pirate Pete
TOURING THROUGH NOVEMBER 2026
Written by Tim Fried-Fiori
To make up for his pirating past, Pirate Pete travels the world doing good deeds with the help of kids in the audience. Featuring singalongs, world culture, basic geography and a chance for kids to explore the meaning of apologies and making things right. An interactive experience of the power of peace, generosity and helpfulness. 45 minutes.

THE AZTEC PRINCESS (Bilingual)

Classic Mexican fables told by a time-traveling Princess! Join the Aztec Princess as she tells two classic fables about ANTI-BULLYING and STRANGER DANGER, while teaching Spanish vocabulary along the way. Fun for all ages and sparkling with educational values and social/emotional skills! 45 minutes.
